My Journey into Product Design (UX)
My journey into product design began in 2020, when I started exploring UX/UI, web design, and graphic design as a creative outlet during the pandemic. What began as experimentation quickly became a passion for solving problems, building ideas, and creating thoughtful experiences.
In 2026, I graduated from Sacramento City College with an Associate of Science degree in Design and Digital Media. Since then, I’ve continued turning ideas into real products through Elevate Design Space, working across product design, UX/UI, web design, branding, and digital development.
My work includes designing MeetOnAero, a social platform built around meaningful connection and community; creating and publishing WordPress plugins; and developing Max Planet, an original science-fiction book series and creative brand. These projects have given me experience taking ideas from early concepts through design, development, testing, launch, and continued improvement.
My approach to design combines user-centered thinking, visual communication, behavioral insight, and technical knowledge. I enjoy creating products that are not only visually engaging, but clear, intuitive, and genuinely useful.
Alongside design, I have spent more than a decade working in behavioral services and currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting children with autism. That experience has strengthened my understanding of human behavior, communication, empathy, and individual needs, perspectives that continue to influence the way I design.
