Refund & Return Policy

At Elevate Design Space, each piece is thoughtfully designed and many products are created specifically for each order. Because of this, we take a clear but fair approach to refunds and returns.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

Most products sold through Elevate Design Space are made-to-order. As a result:

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection

Color or appearance expectations differing from screen display

This policy helps us keep pricing fair and ensure each product is produced with care.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Or incorrect due to an error on our end

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Include your order number and a brief description

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion through:

A replacement item, or

A refund to the original payment method

3. Production & Shipping Considerations

Orders may be fulfilled by trusted third-party production and shipping partners.

Please note:

Minor variations in color, texture, or placement may occur due to printing processes

These variations are considered normal and are not defects

Shipping delays caused by carriers or external events are outside our control

We are not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Digital products or downloads

Custom or personalized items

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times depend on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

Deny refund or replacement requests that appear fraudulent or abusive

Refuse service to customers who repeatedly violate our policies
